Quick & Easy Garlic Chilli Green Beans Recipe |

| INGREDIENTS
3 Fresh Garlic Cloves: minced (or 3 teaspoons bottled minced garlic) 1 teaspoon Chilli Paste or Sambal Olek (optional) 1 tablespoon Olive Oil 500g Fresh Green Beans, topped & tailed 1/2 cup Chicken Stock 1/2 teaspoon Castor Sugar Pinch of Salt 1/2 teaspoon Cracked Pepper 1/2 teaspoon Chilli Flakes (optional) to garnish
DIRECTIONS
- Heat Oil in a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
- Add Garlic & Chilli paste, and saute’ gently.
- Add Green Beans, tossing well to coat.
- Add Chicken Stock, Salt, Castor Sugar & Cracked Pepper.
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and allow to simmer for 10 minutes or until Green Beans are crisp-tender.
- Serve immediately, and garnish with a light sprinkling of Chilli Flakes.
