Wearing the 'yellow jersey' is Ali with a single set total of 45 reps, yay! Phew, it's been a long batttle between two fit & fabulous females.... Caroline held the lead with an impressive 35 reps for quite a while.

1km on the flat (0% incline): Alison raced through the finish ribbon at a tiny time of 4mins 19 secs! Sensamasational Speed Ali ;-)
5min @ 12% incline: Alison rules the roost yet again, reaching a demanding distance of 929m ;-)
