Setting out on my journey from the frowning frumpy me in the “before” photo, to the cheers & chuckles me in the “after” photo, I felt confident that I would succeed because I had put together a plan........
My lifestyle was going to undertake an overhaul, including a sensible, maintainable eating and exercise plan. I knew from the outset, that to reach, and remain at, my body image and fitness goals, I needed to do it at a safe-not-speedy pace. In fact, my “before” and “after” photos were taken exactly 1 year apart.
People, mostly women, often ask me how I made the transition and manage to stay this way.
